Skincare is Tinesha's passion! From waxing and facials, to body wraps and massage, she loves it all! Tinesha started her skincare journey as an Esthetician in 2014, and received her training from The Brown Aveda Institute in Rocky River Ohio, specializing in Ayurveda practices. She has been working endlessly at perfecting her craft while working alongside many great Estheticians, and continuing to grow and pursue continued knowledge and training on the latest beauty trends and treatments. Tinesha promises to provide you with safe and efficient services, in a clean and relaxing environment. Jen is an orthopedic physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. Community health promotion has been a passion of Jen's for many years, focusing her practice on allowing clients to move seamlessly between injury management, exercise, and total wellness. After completing her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Michigan, she moved to DC and started her professional life in health policy while earning a Master's degree in Public Health from George Washington University. She worked in DC for six years focusing on adolescent health policy and programming for non-profits and state Departments of Health and Education. She completed her Doctorate in physical therapy at Northwestern University and worked in orthopedics in Chicago for eight years. After moving to Cleveland she developed a business plan, and since 2015 she has been running her own practice that focuses on using Pilates and movement correction for injury prevention, pain management, and sports performance. Jen also serves as part-time faculty at CSU, and is the Pilates instructor for the Cleveland Guardians baseball team.
